Simply put, our hives are beautiful.

The Bee Ranchers uses Western Red Cedar to manufacture their hives. The Red Cedar is weather and pest resistant and better built than your average pine beebox. Our beehive kit; rustic cedar boxes, copper colored tops and black Bee Sturdee beehive stand (that we fabricate), becomes a centerpiece to any landscape or garden.  These hives are not the typical white commercial beehive one sees when travelling up and down the Sacramento and San Joaquin valleys.
